We invite all with a connection to Hurst to join us for a special evening to reconnect with fellow alumni, friends, and supporters of Hurst as we launch of our philanthropic giving campaign, designed to invigorate and increase our bursary provision.
This new campaign will build on our ambitions as a school to raise £175,000 this academic year, enabling us to provide a Year 9 pupil with a full day place for five years from this September.
Over the years, countless members of the Hurst community have benefitted from bursary support. This has had a profound impact, offering life-changing opportunities to children who otherwise wouldn’t have been able to access a Hurst education.
In today’s challenging climate—marked by VAT on fees and changes to business rates—it’s more crucial than ever to ensure Hurst remains accessible and continues to be a catalyst for social mobility.
If you believe in the power of education to transform lives and wish to reconnect with the Hurst community, we warmly encourage you to sign up and join us for this special evening. Let’s celebrate our shared history and future together.
Join us for drinks and canapes at the rooftop bar of Doggetts, and enjoy the wonderful views over the Thames from the terrace of this classic London pub..
Please email hurstfoundation@hppc.co.uk if you have any questions.
As with all our events, we will be taking photos at this Foundation event. These images will be used by Hurstpierpoint College to share news about the Foundation, and to publicise our future events. Images may be used in press releases, social media, printed publicity, and published on the College’s website. They will be stored securely, and we will delete them after they are no longer needed for publicity purposes. We may also share photos with other OJs for their personal use. If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed, please email us at hurstfoundation@hppc.co.uk
