This talk is a social enterprise focussed on destigmatising mental health through events & workshops with captivating speakers.
With a diverse range of speakers that cover a number of industries, backgrounds and topics, we can help to cultivate an open culture surrounding mental health. By opening up conversations, from a vulnerable and relatable perspective, we hope to empower people to speak up about their struggles and seek support if needed. We hope to raise awareness, increase knowledge and signpost to support services to help promote and improve well-being.
