HURST FOUNDATION DAY - OJ SPORTS & CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT

SATURDAY 14 DECEMBER

Please note, this is a very popular event and you need to book for the Sports Teams
and/or seats in the Chapel to attend.

The Hurst Foundation warmly invites all alumni, former parents and former staff
along with their friends and families to the Carols by Candlelight service
and festive drinks reception.

Timings are below. Please note there will be a Choir rehearsal in Chapel (casual wear) prior to the Service, the exact time to be confirmed.

10.30 Tea/Coffee in Common Room for OJ Sports and Choir

11.00 Boys' Hockey - Highfield & Girls' Netball - Netball Courts

12.30 Girls' Hockey - Highfield & Boys' Rugby - Eastfield

14:00 Match Teas and Arrival Drinks for Carols by Candlelight

15.00 Carol service led by the Hurst College choir and readings by the Hurst Foundation Community 

There is the option to sing in the choir when registering. 

Please book your seats in Chapel below adding any number of guests in addition to yourself e.g 02.

As with all our events, we will be taking photos at this Foundation event. These images will be used by Hurstpierpoint College to share news about the Foundation, and to publicise our future events. Images may be used in press releases, social media, printed publicity, and published on the College’s website. They will be stored securely, and we will delete them after they are no longer needed for publicity purposes. We may also share photos with other OJs for their personal use.
