Sports Dinner - Hurst Rugby Centenary

Join us for a spectacular Sports Dinner celebrating 100 years of Rugby at Hurst in addition to everything that is wonderful about sport at our school. This black-tie event promises to be one of the highlights of the year, bringing together parents, alumni, staff, and friends of the College for a night of celebration and purpose.

All proceeds from the evening will go towards the newly formed Rob Kift Sports Bursary, supporting one deserving child who would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend Hurst.
Booking process
Please click on the 'Book Tickets' link below.
If you have already registered on Hurst Foundation, please sign in, otherwise please click 'Join'. The registration is quick and easy and, once completed, all future events can be booked using your account.
Once registered, you can book your tickets. You can book individual tickets and let us know your preference of who to be seated with, otherwise we will assign you a table.
You will automatically be seated with your guest if you are purchasing a second ticket and you can also indicate other people you would like to sit with.
You can purchase a table of 10 people. When selecting this option on the booking page, you only need to select one ticket for the entire table of 10, you will then we prompted to add the guests details for that number of people. If you have not yet confirmed the names for the table you can input your details in each field, and update us closer to the event.
Please select the number of tickets / tables you would like to book. Click 'Add';
The system automatically registers your ticket details. If you are buying more than one ticket, you will then be asked to provide the name and email address for each subsequent person, so please provide the name(s) of your guests, not yourself. Once completed, please click 'Next'; Please note, you will need a different email address for each guest, apologies but this is a requirement of the system.
Click 'Book tickets' and select your payment method (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted). You will then be directed to the checkout to complete your purchase.

As with all our events, we will be taking photos at this Foundation event. These images will be used by Hurstpierpoint College to share news about the Foundation, and to publicise our future events. Images may be used in press releases, social media, printed publicity, and published on the College’s website. They will be stored securely, and we will delete them after they are no longer needed for publicity purposes. We may also share photos with other OJs for their personal use.
