The 2025 Leavers' Celebration - 28 June 2025
The 2025 Leavers' event will be a wonderful celebration of our Upper Sixth Form students’ time here at Hurst. We hope that parents will be able to join their sons and daughters at the festivities, and we are very happy for members of the wider family to come along too.

Booking Information
Please purchase individual tickets for your child, yourself and any other family members who wish to attend. Please note that when booking your tickets, you will also be asked for the email address, menu choice and dietary requirements for each guest. It is important that you notify us of any dietary requirements when booking as unfortunately we are unable to accommodate these on the night. The menu information is further down this page.
Parents will be seated on tables of 12. If you would like to choose with whom you sit, please add this information in the Seating Request box and we will ensure you are sat together. Otherwise, we will arrange the seating accordingly.
There is no need to indicate with whom your child wishes to sit with as they will have an opportunity to decide this at a later date.
175th Anniversary Bursary Appeal
On the booking form we are asking parents to consider donating their school deposit to our Bursary Campaign.
Hurst will be providing one full five-year bursary for a day pupil entering Year 9 in September 2025 who would otherwise be unable to access a Hurst education. We are aiming to raise £175,000, which coincides with Hurst's 175th Anniversary.
If every leaving 6th form family assisted us in our campaign, we could collectively raise over £100,000, including gift aid. This would be the most extraordinary legacy for the 2025 leaving pupils, and such a generous gesture from parents.
Each deposit is £1000, and the bursary fund will receive any money left from each leaving pupil's final school invoice. We will share the amount raised on the night and will have an honours board erected in school thanking the 2025 leaving parents and pupils.
If you would like to donate an additional or alternative amount to the bursary fund, there is a donation box on the booking page which allows you to freely choose your donation amount.
Any amount is greatly received and will go towards a child who otherwise would not be able to access a Hurst education.
For perspective, if collectively every upper 6th family gave * £195 with Gift Aid this would provide a full year's education in the Upper 6th. **£400 would provide an entire 6th Form education. ***£800 would achieve the goal of an entire 5-year education from Shell to upper 6th.

Please click on the 'Buy Tickets Now' link below.
If you have already registered on the Hurst Foundation, please sign in, otherwise please click 'Join'. The registration is quick and easy and, once completed, all future events can be booked using your account.
Once registered, you can book your tickets.
The boxes for the deposit donation, menu choices, dietary requirements and seating request are in respect of your ticket, unless you are not attending and you are purchasing a student ticket ONLY, in which case you will be completing the first set of boxes on behalf of your child. Click 'Next;
Please select the number of tickets you would like to book. Leavers and parents will all need their own individual tickets. Click 'Add';
If you are buying more than one ticket, you will then be asked to provide the name and email address for each subsequent person as well as inform us of their dietary requirements, menu choices and seating requests. When asked to complete these details, the name(s) you provide should be for your guests, not yourself. Once completed, please click 'Next'; Please note, you will need a different email address for each guest, apologies but this is a requirement of the system.
Click 'Book tickets' and select your payment method (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted). You will then be directed to the checkout to complete your purchase.
You will be emailed a link to preorder your wine for the night in due course.
Closing date for ticket purchase is 12 noon on Wednesday 21 May 2025. No refunds will be available after 15 June 2025.
