"One of the reasons I really enjoyed my time in Crescent was the feel of community within the house, whether it was the whole house braving the cold to support the house rugby teams or the younger years respecting the needs and giving space to the older years who were undertaking public exams, it really showed a great sense of community and comradery amongst the house and it's a feeling I will never forget!"

"The four years I had in Crescent were by far some of the most exciting, impactful and interesting couple of years from my time at Hurst. Growing up with the boys in Crescent was something I've never forgotten to this day. If I think back to some of the memories that I look back on fondly, I think to my pizza nights before house shouts, even if we never did that well! I think I did a lot of growing up in Crescent, and a large testament of that comes from the staff who were in there every week pushing us to be good people."
