June's OJs of the Month

OJ of the Month is an initiative that allows us to recognise our interesting, exciting and inspirational alumni. And who better to feature this month than our Mentoring group who gave up their time last week to attend our first Young OJ Networking event in London, with the aim of creating a supportive network to enable younger OJs to progress in their career of choice as well as sharing their vast knowledge and expertise.

Saffron Steelson (Steele) (Fleur - 2008) Division Director at Halpern PR. With 12 years' experience in PR, has worked with Halpern, a communications and influencer agency part of the global The&Partnership, since 2015, working with brands such as Le Chameau, Google, Bumble. She is now Division Director of Consumer Brands. 

Oli Rodbourne – Estate Agency (Star – 1999) An estate agent with over 18 years’ experience. Has worked as a London agent at Foxtons for 10 years, running offices in Clapham and Wimbledon. For the last 8 years has worked at Knight Frank and oversee the south east region and the channel islands selling prime country houses and estates.

Ben Searls – Recruitment (Eagle – 1998) With over 20 years in the recruitment industry. In 2017 founded, funded and grew a financial recruitment company called Ignata Finance. In January 2024, that was sold to the 8th largest global executive search firm, ZRG Partners and Ben is now fully employed by them, taking the business on the next stage of its growth journey.

Natalie Dodd - Senior Design Lead, London Stock Exchange (Martlet – 2006) Designing software for financial services (investment banking, wealth management, fx trading) in collaboration with Microsoft. 

Craig Flanders - Senior Asset Manager, Landsec (FTSE Property Company) (Red Cross – 2008) Landsec are a leading UK Property Company (listed on the FTSE 100) who predominately develop and manage commercial real estate (offices, retail, leisure) with a small residential portfolio across the UK
