Jemma's in the fast lane!

After Hurst, Jemma Murphy (Fleur-de-Lys - 2018) completed an engineering degree at Loughborough and is now part of the McLaren Formula 1 Graduate Training Programme. This two-year programme is designed to develop engineering talent, expand McLaren’s internal knowledge base, and shape future leaders in McLaren Racing. During the programme, trainees rotate through various engineering areas—such as Aerodynamics, Design, Racing, and Performance—gaining broad exposure across the team.

McLaren has created a video showcasing Jemma’s journey with them. It’s well worth a watch!
