Mr Kift travelled to Bristol last Thursday, 24 September, to host the latest in our Hurst@Uni series, bringing together OJs studying at universities in Bristol and nearby Bath. The evening took place at The Knights Templar in the heart of the city, where the first few drinks were on the Foundation.

The gathering welcomed a mix of year groups, from freshers just finding their feet to finalists with graduation firmly in sight. For those only a few weeks into university life, it was a chance to meet friendly faces who already know exactly where they have come from. For older students, it was a welcome opportunity to reconnect with friends from Hurst and compare notes on life beyond the College.

As ever, Mr Kift was a popular host, catching up with former pupils, hearing how they are getting on with their studies, and sharing news of what has been happening back at Hurst this term. 

Hurst@Uni reunions are held in university cities across the country and are an important way of keeping the Hurst community connected long after pupils leave the College. We are grateful to all the OJs who made the trip, particularly those who came over from Bath, and look forward to seeing many of them again soon.
