Follow these simple steps to add a connection. Please note that Hurst Foundation is not supported by Internet Explorer. Please ensure that you are using an alternative browser to access the network. If at any point you need support, please contact the Hurst Foundation Team (email@example.com).
Step 1: Log into the Hurst Foundation platform and click on the 'Community' tab in the task bar.
Step 2: Use the search bar to search for a full or partial name. You can also use the 'Year From' and/or the 'Year To' dropdown to define the search.
Step 3: Displayed will be the top 40 results. If a user has an icon next to their name, as displayed below, they are active on the platform.
Step 4: Click on their name and you will be taken to their profile in a new tab. On the top right hand side you can click 'Send __ a connection request' as shown below. They will be sent a notifcation that you are asking to connect. You can also send the user a message using the internal website mesaging system.
Step 5: If a user does not have a icon next to their name they are not current active on Hurst Foundation. If we have their email in our database you can send them a request to join.
